I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out. The average shipping time is 6-12 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at resinac@libero.it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn’t shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you’ve misspelled or autofilled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. If the address is wrong, let us know via email at resinac@libero.it within 24 hours. We can update the address within that time frame. No refund will be provided after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
